Executive Board

The Executive Board guides the strategic directions and policies of the Institute. It is responsible for achieving the organization’s goals, managing finances, and maintaining relations with partners.

Composition:

• Director / President – ​​the main head of the Institute, who determines the strategic directions.

• Executive Director – the person responsible for operational management.

• Scientific Director – the head of research programs.

• Finance Manager – the coordinator of financial management.

• Administrative Manager – the administrative support for the daily activities of the Institute.

Scientific Council

Description:

The Scientific Council determines the research directions of the Institute, monitors ongoing scientific projects, and ensures quality control.

Functions:

• Creation and management of research programs.

• Evaluation of the quality of research.

• Cooperation with international scientific partners.

International Relations and Partnerships Department

Description:

This department ensures cooperation with international organizations, management of grants and grant projects, as well as academic and research partnerships with universities and research institutes.

Functions:

• Development of cooperation with international organizations.

• Management of grant projects.

• Preparation and implementation of partnership memoranda.
